Our Star Programs offer meaningful volunteering and internship opportunities across Palestine, Syria, and Jordan for people who want to combine international experience with community engagement. Whether you are an undergraduate or graduate student, professional, teacher, social worker, retiree, or simply someone interested in making a positive contribution, these programs provide opportunities to get involved in areas such as English teaching, education, human rights, refugee support, and working with children and young people.
Participants have the opportunity to work directly with local communities and contribute to educational, social, and community-based activities. Depending on the program, volunteers may teach English, support children and refugees, participate in human rights initiatives, assist with recreational and educational activities, or work alongside local organizations and community centers. These experiences can help participants develop practical skills in teaching, communication, teamwork, intercultural exchange, and community development while gaining experience that can complement their academic or professional goals.
Beyond the volunteer work itself, our Star Programs provide an opportunity to experience everyday life in the Middle East from a local perspective. Participants can meet people from different backgrounds, learn about local cultures and communities, explore the social and educational environment, and take part in cultural activities and excursions. Several programs also offer opportunities to study and practice Arabic, allowing participants to combine volunteering with language learning. Whether you are looking for professional development, cultural immersion, or a chance to contribute to a local community, these programs offer a rewarding and memorable international experience.
